3 Day Leadership Development Program
This program is designed with a philosophy of shared leadership. We provide partial programming to complement your own training and retreat goals.
Cost: $94 per person
Includes:
- offered Monday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Friday
- meals from lunch on day of arrival to lunch on day of departure
- 1 optional beach afternoon
- our Instructors lead your students through a progression that includes ice-breakers, problem-solving initiatives, spotting, and low ropes.
