Each year, our Groups Services Program (aka "Castaways") serves thousands of people from all over the country. Group sizes range from our minimum of 14 to a maximum of 300. The following list is a sampling of the groups we have served in the past, but this is by no means an exclusive list. If you think your group may benefit from our program, please feel free to contact us!
- Girl Scout, Boy Scout, and Venture Scout groups
- Other YMCA Groups
- College and University recreation and service organizations
- Church youth and service groups
- Community service groups and other Non-profit organizations
HOW WE SERVE
We offer safe, fun, and potentially life-changing outdoor experiences in a setting that is second-to-none. The oceanfront is certainly the highlight, with surfing and body-boarding, yet we also offer archery, a 30-foot climbing tower, crafts, campfires and skit nights that are facilitated by our certified, mission-driven staff. There are also opportunities for your group members to enjoy activities on their own including sand sculpting, a bouldering wall, horseshoes, basketball, tetherball, box hockey and more. The combination of staff, location, facilities and activities is what makes a trip to Camp Surf so unique.
2008 PRICING
All prices are per-person and include accommodations, activities and meals with the exception of dinner on afternoon arrivals. Please note that for beach camping, you must provide your own tents.
