Capital Plans - YMCA Camp Marston

Camp Marston is entering Phase 5 of a Master Plan that was developed in the early 1990's! 8 new Lodges, two staff housing structures, major infrastructure, the Central Bathroom, Gilmore Dining Hall renovation and many smaller projects have changed the face of San Diego's most popular camp. 

Over $4,000,000 in improvments have occurred during the past decade.

Our next step in the Master Plan is to replace existing structures with three new facilities:

• Camper Lodge #7 with new Health Center in basement
• Camper Lodge #9 with Trail Head Bathroom in basement.
• Year Round Staff Dorm to serve 16 Full-Time Program Staff.
