Operational Staff Positions

YMCA Camp Marston, Raintree Ranch, and Camp Surf is are great places to work. Often we have openings in our support positions. These positions could be in the following departments:

Maintenance:

Positions are full time, year round. Responsibilities include maintaining facilities, carpentry, plumbing, water supply systems, electrical, automotive and mechanical, roofing, painting, and more.

Food Service:

Positions are both, full time and part time, year round and seasonal. Responsibilities include food prep, dish washing, mopping floors, and other various duties.

Office:

Positions are both, full time and part time, year round and seasonal. Responsibilities include phones, computer usage, use of office machines, and general office duties.

Housekeeping:

Positions are both, full time and part time, year round. Responsibilities include assistance in overall cleaning of YMCA facility and perform some minor maintenance tasks. Empty trash and recycling containers, stock bathrooms.

Camp Store:

Positions are both, full time and part time, year round and seasonal. Responsibilities include cash handling, customer service, inventory, stocking.
