General Camp Counselor – This position is where the action is. Working directly with the campers, you will learn leadership skills and responsibility while having the time of your life. Working with a Co-Counselor, you'll be responsible for 10 children. Your main job is general supervision and teaching skill-clinics. You could be belaying at the climbing tower, teaching drama class or going on a nature hike one week; then playing basketball, helping at boating and playing Cricket the next. While here you will meet people from other countries and cultures and make friends with high-caliber peers. It's demanding work, but the rewards will last a lifetime.

Challenger Assistant Coordinators (2 positions) - (10-12 year olds) These positions will assume responsibility for half of the largest village, or about six cabin-groups. Each cabin will have two counselors and ten campers. The position is responsible for supervising counselors, writing schedules, and coordinating with other camp leaders to facilitate a smooth running camp. The Challenger Coordinator will work closely with the other Assistant Coordinator to create a program that is safe & fun. Children will grow in both self-esteem and develop their character. Explorer Coordinator – (7-9 Year olds) This position assumes responsibility for a Camp Village of six cabins. Each cabin consists of two counselors and ten campers. This younger village provides children with that all-important

“first taste” of camp. The counselors stay with their cabin groups, leading them through each activity. The coordinator is responsible for writing schedules, supervising staff, and working with other leaders to provide a smooth running camp operation. Waterfront Coordinator – This position requires attention to detail. They are responsible for the lake waterfront & swimming pool. They organize continual training for five to seven lifeguards and help in training all staff on safety procedures around the water. They write schedules for two areas and help run evening activities. They work closely with other coordinators to “fill the gaps” when more supervision is needed. It is a multifaceted position with serious responsibilities. Teen Coordinator – (13-17 year olds) This position is responsible for leading

our one-week teen program. They will supervise four to six staff members and up to 40 teens. They write schedules, plan meals, and make reservations for day trips and over nights out of camp. They should provide a challenging and safe environment for teens to grow and bond. The teen Coordinator must have a clean driving record and be placed on camp insurance. [Back to the top] |

They will help the junior staff fulfill their responsibilities in a caring and empowering way. CA’s and LIT’s are responsible for many areas of camp including carnival set up and Color Chaos.

This position will be responsible for coming up with Creative Projects for campers to make. They will maintain a list of supplies & inventory for a director to purchase. After clinics they wil be in a cabin with kids.
