Teacher by day and mentor by night. Instructors lead hands-on experiential education classes in natural science, group-dynamics, personal challenge and outdoor living skills for 5th and 6th grade students in San Diego County. Our energetic team of instructors focus on character and cultural awareness while introducing children to our natural world and the fun of camp life.

We are looking for individuals who have experience working with children in a positive supportive manner especially in a residential setting. Bachelors Degree in education, natural sciences, recreation or a related field (equivalent experience is also accepted).
