Weekend work in the outdoors!

During the months of September through June YMCA Camp Marston and Raintree Ranch play host to thousands of people. Our guests have the opportunity to interact with our outgoing and super friendly staff.

These staff work Friday through Sunday and are trained in and then responsible for many different areas of camp including:

• Rock Climbing
• Team Building
• Archery
• BB Guns
• Canoeing
• Night Hikes
• Orienteering and Nature Hikes
• Campfire

Staff spend the whole weekend at camp. Accommodations and food are provided from Friday through Sunday lunch.

Weekend work at YMCA Camp Marston is a great way to gain experience in leading/teaching outdoor activities, working with diverse populations and meeting new people from all over the US and the World.
