When you read our Mission statement you will see that phrase.

To us at YMCA camp all people indeed means ALL people. It is important that our staff are given the opportunity to learn and grow just as much as our campers are. When we hire someone at Camp Marston or Raintree Ranch that person is making a commitment to work for us. At the same time we are making a commitment to that person to work hard for them. Our commitment is to help them  learn new skills, develop leadership and gain direction in their life. The stronger our staff are the better our program is.  In turn the more effect we can have on the campers that come to our program. Which is why we all are here!

We feel strongly that part of our mission is to prepare our staff for other opportunities in life. Whether they be here at our operation, at other camps, or out in the world at large.

We provide leadership opportunities and the chance for real decision making that effect your campers.  We give feedback and on going evaluation to help you become the best you can be.  We want you to reach your fullest potential!
