Work at Camp Marston and Raintree Ranch

  • Working with us at Camp Marston and Raintree Ranch offers a wide range of opportunity.
  • Our two camps are located on the same contiguous piece of property just outside of Julian California.
  • Many of our employment opportunities offer work at both facilities.
  • Outdoor Education and Weekend groups are all run out of our Marston main office year round.

Marston Summer camp

Our traditional summer camp with counselor , life guard,and leadership positions available.

Marston Outdoor Education (OE)

Teaching classes in our beautiful outdoor setting, hiking trails and interacting with our sixth grade students.

Marston Weekends (Sep-June)

Run our camp activities including night hikes, skit night, sing a long, archery, marksmanship, climbing tower, arts & crafts, canoeing, and nature hikes. Weekend guests include Y guides, girl scouts, church groups, youth and teens, and martial arts groups. Friday night through Sunday afternoon, room and board provided on the weekend.
